Sugar Cookie Thumb Prints


Sugar Cookie Thumb Prints

***Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix***

Follow the directions on the sugar cookie bag for roll cookes (just means mix with ingredients bag say then add a little more flour to make firm cookies).

Roll cookies into balls and place on tray. 

Put your thumb in the middle of the cookie and press down enough to make an indent. 

Place 1-2 tsp of your favorite jelly or jam in the center. 

Cook as directed. Let cool. 

Drizzle Topping: I usually melt white chocolate (red or green) and drizzle over top of cookies.

***Don't stack until completely cooled!!!

Peanut Butter Kisses

***Betty Crocker Peanut Butter Cookie mix
Make dough as directed. 

Cook cookies for desired time.

Rremove from oven and place Hershey kiss in center.

The kiss will slightly melt. 

***Allow to cool for a day before stacking.


Reese's Sugar Cookie Cups

Reese's Sugar Cookie Cups
***Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix.

Follow directions on bag to mix cookie dough. 

I use a mini muffin pan to make these into little cups but you can make on a regular cookie sheet and roll dough into ball. 

Cook as directed. 

Take cookies out of oven and place a Reese's cup in the center of each one.

Reese's will look like it's melting, it's ok!

***Let cookies cool for a day or two before stacking on top of each other.
